There are other agencies that teach their insurance salespeople to just try to SELL, SELL, SELL.
We ask the question: “How do you want those you love treated?”
When you help our clients, and are GENUINELY interested and focused on their needs, they will know it. We understand that the last thing our clients want is to be approached by some “slick-talking, full of you-know-what, pushy salesperson only interested in making a buck.

So, we know that the way we treat them will help us help them. People want to deal with agents they can trust are telling them the truth and helping them find the right solutions to their needs, at a fair price.

I spent 20 plus years in a career where I saw wonderful people work their
tails off 6 days a week, 12 or more hours a day. Sure, they made good money.
But, I also saw a LOT of families who never had quality time together.
When my daughter Scarlett was born, I walked away from that career
without hesitation. I knew being a daddy was more important than any job.
Today, I thank God every day.
Now, I go to bed every night knowing for every policy we write, a family is protected on a terrible day when someone they love dies. I remind our agents of this as often as possible. You see, we don't "sell insurance" as many companies do.
Selling insurance, to me, is trying to get someone to buy something, whether they need it or not. Our entire purpose is to make sure people who request our coverage know they will have the best coverage and family support that fits their budget.

Most states require a life insurance license to conduct business as a producer. While we will do everything we can to assist every candidate that obtains their life insurance producer's license, we cannot guarantee employment. The ultimate decision to appoint a new agent is the decision of the insurance provider. Our goal is to find quality people, who are willing and able to obtain a life insurance producer's license and pass the background check with our insurance provider and help them apply for appointment based on the requirements of our insurance provider. The license an agent obtains through the state does not require the license is used as an agent with our provider. You can use your license with an insurance provider of your choice. Due to the amount of time it takes individuals to obtain their license, based on the individual's efforts and time, we cannot guarantee there will be an available position with our agency at that time.
